Error model

POLICY_REJECTED

The intent has no permitted execution plan under the applicable policy.

MANDATE_REQUIRED

Execution requires an approval or mandate not currently present.

MANDATE_EXPIRED

The approval window has expired.

LIQUIDITY_UNAVAILABLE

No permitted plan has sufficient liquidity or capacity.

EXECUTION_STATE_CONFLICT

The requested transition conflicts with deterministic execution state.

EVIDENCE_PENDING

Settlement or finality evidence is not yet complete.

Environment discipline

The public site intentionally does not publish a production API base URL until a production environment is provisioned and evidenced. Sandbox examples are illustrative unless an endpoint is explicitly marked callable.
