  • • Repositioned GIBP from payment interoperability to the Global Financial Intent & Execution Layer.
  • • Introduced one public capability-maturity model: Live, Private preview, Sandbox, Roadmap and Research.
  • • Rebuilt the sandbox around intent, policy, rejected plans and synthetic execution evidence.
  • • Published GIBP Shadow, Trust Centre, Regulatory Position and AI Governance surfaces.
  • • Removed unsupported production scale, partner, fee, guarantee and reserve claims.

Governing strategy and whitepaper revised

  • • Financial Intent, Global Financial State Graph, execution market, liquidity/netting and evidence became the governing architecture.
  • • Optional GIBP settlement assets retained as execution primitives rather than a mandatory network dependency.
