The public website and sandbox are informational and evaluation tools. Sandbox transactions, provider choices, prices, timing, liquidity and evidence are synthetic unless explicitly identified as observed from a verified source.

No sandbox result is a binding quote, payment instruction, guarantee, investment recommendation, legal advice, regulatory advice or commitment by GIBP or any third party.

Do not submit production payment credentials, account passwords, identity documents, private keys or confidential customer data through public sandbox or assistant interfaces.

The specific contracting entity, governing law, service levels, liability allocation, intellectual-property terms and regulated responsibility for a future contracted service will be stated in the relevant agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

The website may process contact details you submit, company and enquiry context, technical request logs, analytics information and the text you enter into the public website assistant. Sandbox examples should use synthetic data.

We use this information to operate and secure the site, respond to enquiries, understand aggregate usage, improve published materials and prevent abuse. We do not ask visitors to submit payment credentials or sensitive identity documents through the assistant.

Retention is purpose-specific. Contact enquiries are retained only as long as needed for the business relationship, legal obligations or defensible records; technical/security logs follow operational retention settings. This website does not make a blanket claim that all data is held for seven years or written to immutable WORM storage.

Service-specific privacy notices will be provided before any future live service processes regulated payment, identity or transaction data.
