GIBP

Public claim governance

Do not let marketing outrun evidence.

Performance metrics

Every public metric must identify whether it is observed, synthetic, a target or roadmap; observed metrics require environment, sample/window and owner.

Partnerships

No third-party name, logo or relationship is presented without written permission and an accurate relationship label.

Availability

A rail/provider category is not a claim that GIBP has a live integration. Capability status must be explicit.

Regulation

Licences, approvals, regulatory status and responsibility allocation are only stated where the underlying fact is evidenced and approved for disclosure.

Guarantees

Outcome or price guarantees require contractual terms and funded risk ownership; roadmap language is not presented as live.

Change control

Claims and capability maturity are reviewed when code, partners, policy or operating scope changes.
